but every time I press “print,” nothing happens.

Okay, you want to drag your curser over the icon and right-click it.
よし、カーソルをプリンターのアイコンに持ってきて、右クリックをして。
Then that will open up the printer preferences.
そうすれば、印刷の詳細が開けるよ。

「プリンター」って表示されているのが見える？

It says that you're printing to the 2200 Series printer.
ここには2200 Seriesのプリンターに出力していると表示されているね。
