"sì" at the end of the sentence strenghthens the affirmation.

Ma come l'hai avuto?

L'ho comprato io con lo sconto, ma ora non posso più andarci.

"facciamo di sì/no" means deciding for yes/no

"Contento tu [contenti tutti]" (if you are happy with that, everyone is happy) implies the speaker is not convinced it is a good decision.
