So why do you want to come to this
uni
?
uni
:
"uni"は"university"のこと。「大学」
Well, mainly because of its language programs.
This school has the curriculum I want and a very good reputation.
Also, there're
loads
of opportunities for studying abroad here.

OK. How do you think you'll fit in on campus?
Well, I'm really looking forward to it.
From what I've read, this uni has a lot of clubs to join.
I'm particularly interested in joining the
footy
club and maybe trying to run for student council.
footy
:
"footy"は"rugby"の意味。「ラグビー」
Alright.
Do you have any concerns about living in the dorms?
Mmm… no, not really.
I suppose a lot will depend on my future roomie, but I tend to get along well with most people.
I think dorm life will be fun.
OK.
Do you have any reason not to come here if you're accepted?
Here in
Auckland
is pretty far from home.

My parents would prefer it if I went to

:
"station"は"stock farm"の意味。「牧畜場」
But, I don’t want to
live in the sticks
, so they're supportive of me coming here.

Great, thanks.
