そうなんだ。天気がすごくよかったから、友達とハイキングに行ったんだ。 - Oh. Sounds fun.
へぇ、楽しそうだね。 - Do you often go tramping on the weekend?
週末はよくハイキングに行くの？ - Well, it's been a while 'cos we've been so tied up with that project.
久しぶりなんだ。ほら、ずっとあのプロジェクトで忙しかったからさ。 - But I try to go whenever I can if the weather's good.
でも、天気がよくて行けるときには行くようにしてるんだ。 - Oh. Where do you usually go?
ふ〜ん。どこによく行くんだい？ - Um, I like the Milford track down South but I stay away from there over the summer hols 'cos there're way too many people around at that time.
うーん、南島のミルフォードのトレッキングコースは好きだな。だけど、夏休みの間は行かないようにしているんだ。その時期は人がたくさんいるから。 - So where'd you go yesterday?
それじゃ、昨日はどこに行ったの? - We went up Mount Taranaki.
タラナキ山に登ったんだよ。 - It's a little bit further away but the views from the top are awesome.
ちょっと遠いんだけれど、頂上からの眺めは最高なんだ。 - Take any photos?
