そうね、長いこと弾いていないの。 - My mum made me learn when I was at primary school.
小学生の頃、母が習わせたのよ。 - That's ages ago!
ずいぶん前だね! - I remember when we had to learn the recorder when I was at intermediate.
そういえば、中学年の時に、リコーダーを習わなけきゃいけなかったな。 - I think we all had to!
全員習わなくちゃいけなかったと思うわ! - Can you sing, too?
歌も歌えるの? - I like singing , but I can't suss out how to sing and play guitar at the same time.
歌うのは好きだよ。だけど、歌いながら同時にギターを弾くっていうのが上手く出来ないんだ。 - Yeah, nah, it… it can be hard to do.
ええ、そうね。難しいでしょうね。 - Hey, Rangi's got his twenty-first in a couple of weeks. We should play a song or two!
ねぇ、ランギがあと2週間で21歳のお祝いだ。僕たち、1、2曲演奏しなくちゃね！ - Mate, I'm not sure a fortnight is long enough. I'm pretty rusty.
そうね、2週間が十分かどうか自信がないわ。私、ずいぶん腕が落ちてるから。 - Aww, come on, don't be a wet blanket!
