I've pared it down to these two: Patrick and James.- Which one do you think we should hire?
This is a tough decision. They're both really great.- Patrick's résumé is slightly more impressive.
- That's true. He has more cooking experience.
- But he has much less experience with bartending.
- Right, whereas James has been bartending for years.
- But James said he prefers not to work weekends in the summer, and that's when we need him the most.
- That could be a problem.
- I didn't meet them in person.
- Which one do you think had a better personalilty?
- They both seemed like great guys, but I think Patrick seemed like he'd be a little more at ease with customers.
- I think he'd get along great with all the employees too.
- All right. In that case, my vote is for Patrick.
- Fine with me. I'll go for Patrick too, and make it unanimous.
- Great, so we agree!
- Sounds like we have a decision! I'll give them both a call right now.
