I've pared it down to these two: Patrick and James.

どっちを雇ったらいいかな。 
This is a tough decision. They're both really great.
難しい選択だね。二人ともとてもいいから。- Patrick's résumé is slightly more impressive.
パトリックの履歴書の方が少し魅力があるね。 - That's true. He has more cooking experience.
そうだね。彼の方が料理の経験があるし。 - But he has much less experience with bartending.
でもバーテンダーの仕事はあまり経験してないみたいだな。 - Right, whereas James has been bartending for years.
そうだな。一方でジェームズの方がバーテンダーを何年もやっている。 - But James said he prefers not to work weekends in the summer, and that's when we need him the most.
でもジェームズは、夏場は週末、できれば勤務から外してほしいと言っているんだ。夏場こそ働いてほしいんだけどな。 - That could be a problem.
そりゃ問題だろうな。 - I didn't meet them in person.
僕は二人に直接会っていないだ。 - Which one do you think had a better personalilty?
どっちの方が性格がよさそうだと思う？ - They both seemed like great guys, but I think Patrick seemed like he'd be a little more at ease with customers.
二人ともいい奴だと思ったよ。でもパトリックの方が接客に慣れているように思えた。 - I think he'd get along great with all the employees too.
それに、彼は従業員たちとうまくやっていけると思う。 - All right. In that case, my vote is for Patrick.
そうか。じゃ、パトリックにしよう。 - Fine with me. I'll go for Patrick too, and make it unanimous.
そうだね。意見を一致させて、僕もパトリックにしよう。 - Great, so we agree!
よかった。意見が一致したね。 - Sounds like we have a decision! I'll give them both a call right now.
